And so begin the revisionist efforts. Like so many great modern institutions before it–Washington Square Park, Reader’s Digest, and Ashlee’s nose among them–scott anthony dot org will be undergoing a massive restructuring in the coming weeks. No, the aesthetic difference will be as drastic as that of the younger Simpson sister, but I do hope to make this blog, heretofore mostly relegated to silly personal anecdotes and Myspace-compliant pictures, into something of greater substance. This is not to say I’m over myself; on the contrary, I’m just as, if not more, vain and neurotic as before. I would just like to balance out that narcissism with complementary content in an effort to make a more fulfilling, cohesive site. Look for more media–music, video clips, pictures–as well as added pieces I will be writing for the Spectator, Columbia’s daily newspaper. Of course, there will still be waxing mishaps and boredom-induced rants aplenty, but I’d like to bring a little more to the table. filed under: misc | comments: Leave a commentLine and paragraph breaks automatic, e-mail address never displayed, HTML allowed:

This would be a good change for your blog.

Don’t get too serious about life. Your vanity entertains and informs us. Where else are we going to read about “boy comes to NYC and struggles to make a success of his life while partying the night away with beautiful people.” It’s the Horatio Alger story for the new millennium. All joking aside–we enjoy seeing you succeed in life and wish you success at Columbia.
