it’s on. and i know which way i’m voting in the primaries. now keep it civil, guys. i think once hillary beats barack, he should jump on as veep. two years ago, i would say a female-black ticket would be impossible, but i think now, more than ever, people are proactively and open-mindedly ready for change. i’m ready for the comments telling me i’m crazy and that barack will win. we shall see. filed under: misc | comments: Leave a commentLine and paragraph breaks automatic, e-mail address never displayed, HTML allowed:

eh. i’m not sure i agree that america is “ready.” in my heart of hearts, i can only imagine that america would vote for a woman or an african american only if those two qualities were wrapped up in the form of oprah.

As a Canadian looking in, I don’t see how either of them will do any good.

I just think she’s such a target. even for people in her own party. i like her, dont get me wrong. but the last thing id want would be to polarize the election. Democrats need to draw support from the middle of the road, and hill just pushes them away. I am ofcourse in favor of mr obama,(and have been for years, ive been tracking him since chicago, and the eco-reforms he’s made.) hes new. he has nessecary exp. and has ties to both generations. I dont want some radical president, i want someone who will bridge the gaps. black and white. liberal and conservative. the ever widening socio-economic gap. Ive seen first hand some of the economic disparity this country is facing. The money of this country, still rests within the conservative party. hilliary cant bridge that. She’s too involved. those are my thoughts. We’ll all be rooting for the same person soon enough, whoever.
fold out the sofa, coming to visit in march.

i second your motion. i think its time for both a strong female and black person in a powerful position; though nancy pelosi is 3rd in line for the president, right? a number of other countries have both in these positions, the united states is behind in oh so much. its time for a change.
