tell me this hat isn’t amazing! i bought it at the union square market today, if you’re interested. they had plenty of neat hats. it’s open every day through christmas eve. – also, it’s a rarity for economic and time-management reasons, but i went to the theatre today to see a movie for the second time. that movie was no country for old men. i reiterate: best film of the year. go see it. you will laugh, and cringe, and nearly jump out of your seat at numerous points. it’s an intense, visceral experience. the ending is really divisive, but i think it’s wholly appropriate and satisfying. filed under: misc | comments: 2 comments |

so, i’m out of the bloggies. the new job plus bartending plus a social life isn’t giving me time to do the rapid posts and the promotion needed to compete. it’s a relief, but i did want all that free porn.

dan in real life: if you like steve carrell and/or juliette binoche, go see it for them. the plot sucks, and everything is totally unbelievable, but i somehow enjoyed myself because i love both of them. don’t underestimate steve; he’s got SERIOUS acting chops. please, though: no more evan almighties.
